Terms & Conditions

Clients are strongly encouraged to submit any inspiration images or references before the project begins to ensure alignment with their vision.

If inspiration or new direction is provided after work has started and results in a significant change to the original concept, a restart fee of $30 will apply.

All project details must be entered in the information box at the time of purchase. Any supporting images or additional files must be submitted via email to exoticreationsgd@gmail.com.

Clients are required to submit all necessary information within 3 business days of placing the order. If the required information is not received, a reminder will be sent. Failure to provide materials after the reminder may result in order cancellation, provided work has not yet begun.

Project turnaround time will not begin until all required information, assets, and initial payment have been received. Exotic Creations Branding Agency is not responsible for delays caused by missing or incomplete information.

• Standard Turnaround: 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) per service

• Rush Order: 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) per service

• Expedited Rush: 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) per service

Turnaround times may be subject to change due to high order volume or unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be notified via email of any timeline adjustments.

• Included Revisions: Each project includes up to three (3) revision rounds, unless otherwise stated

• Additional Revisions: $30 per additional revision

• Major Revisions: Significant changes outside the original scope will require a new quote and approval

• Feedback Timeline: Revision requests must be submitted within 5 business days

• Deposit: 50% non-refundable deposit required to begin on order exceeding $250

• Final Payment: Due before final files are delivered (once proof form has been viewed)

• Refunds: No refunds once a proof or concept has been delivered

• Cancellation: Deposit is non-refundable; additional completed work will be invoiced

All final payments must be made prior to the release of any final files. If the remaining balance is not paid within 3 business days of project completion or final invoice delivery, a late fee of $50 may be applied. Continued non-payment may result in additional fees, project withholding, or cancellation. Exotic Creations Branding Agency reserves the right to suspend services until all outstanding balances are paid in full.

A projected timeline will be provided at the start of each project and is based on the scope of work agreed upon. All timelines are dependent on timely client communication and the prompt submission of required materials. Any delays caused by the client, including late feedback or missing assets, may result in an adjusted delivery date. In the event of delays on the designer’s end, Exotic Creations Branding Agency will notify the client at least 48 hours in advance of the expected delivery date.

A project will be considered abandoned if there is no communication or response from the client for 7 business days at any stage of the project. In such cases, Exotic Creations Branding Agency reserves the right to place the project on hold.

If no response is received within 14 business days, the project may be permanently closed without a refund of any payments made. Any requests to resume work on an abandoned project may require a restart fee and will be subject to current availability and pricing.

Ownership and usage rights to final design files will be transferred to the client only after full payment has been received. Until final payment is made, all concepts and designs remain the property of Exotic Creations Branding Agency. The agency reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, social media, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Any third-party assets, including stock images and fonts, are subject to their respective licensing agreements, and clients are responsible for obtaining any additional licenses if required.

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content, materials, and instructions required to complete the project in a timely manner. Clients must also review all design drafts and provide feedback or approvals within the specified timeframe. Final approval of any design confirms that the client has reviewed all elements, including text, spelling, layout, and overall design, and accepts the work as complete and satisfactory.

Exotic Creations Branding Agency is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the final design or branding materials provided. Clients are responsible for ensuring that the design complies with any legal or regulatory requirements for their business or industry.

In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before seeking legal action. This agreement will be governed by the laws of Florida.
