(Rush Order) - 5 Business Day NOT INCLUDING WEEKENDS NOR HOLIDAYS (per service listed below). Turn around time may change due to high traffic in orders, however, if this becomes the case client will be notified through email. 

(Expedite Rush) - 24-48 hr  NOT INCLUDING WEEKENDS NOR HOLIDAYS (per service listed below). Turn around time may change due to high traffic in orders, however, if this becomes the case client will be notified through email.

(Same Day - Not Avaliable after 3 P.M EST) NOT NCLUDING WEEKENDS NOR HOLIDAYS (per service listed below). Turn around time may change due to high traffic in orders, however, if this becomes the case client will be notified through email.

There is no refund on any project fully completed only changes. Changes once Digital work is sent through email is optional Major changes such as color change, font change, and image change result in a $30 fee through Cashapp or Zelle.

If you have inspiration image of what your looking for please send before order begin, once order is complete there is only revisions if you send inspiration image after the process and want to go with it, there will be a restart fee of $30.

All information (logo as well as project details) must be typed into the additional information section or emailed to provider to info@exoticreationsgd.com separately within 3 days after order is placed. If client fails to forward information within this timeframe, they will receive a email notice/reminder for information. If information is still not received the clients order will be canceled and if projects have not started
